My 26th Birthday & Chat!

Last Friday, I turned 26. I know I say this every year, but I'm not sure where the time went! I feel like I shouldn't be 26 yet! So many crazy things happened when I was 25. Josh and I were able to start traveling again, going to music festivals and shows that he could sing at. We cleaned out the lot next to the barn and started working on our dream garden space. So many fun times with friends. I set boundaries with people that were causing me more stress than happiness. And so much more! 25 was also a very stressful year, especially with learning about Josh's health. Finding out he has a mass on his thyroid. Then the doctors did a biopsy, and the biopsy came back with unclear results. Thankfully now, things seem to be going better, and at his last ultrasound, it showed the mass was smaller.I have so many things I want to achieve at 26. Last year when I turned 25, I was so scared. I was terrified about not being where I wanted to be in life. But these last few months have taught me that I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. I'm able to have my dream job and so thankful for that. ❤️ I have so many amazing people in my life. I feel so thankful and so blessed. I'm walking into 26 with confidence.Usually for my birthday, I like to celebrate all weekend. This year was a little bit different. On my actual birthday, Josh and I made a trip to pick up his new phone. He didn't want to get a new phone, but his screen was being weird, so we felt like it was safer to get a new phone. I am an Apple girl and always will be, but I have to say his new Samsung phone is pretty nice! His old one took flying lessons and flew off the roof of my car last year. Did I mention we were on the highway? 😂  I remember him pulling over, taking my phone for a flashlight, and walking the side of the highway looking for his phone. Thankfully he found it! We thought it would be a simple trip to the phone store, but we were there for 5 hours. On top of being there all day, Josh is missing 40GB of stuff that didn't get transferred over. And then that day my blood pressure was low. I've had low blood pressure for years, but it has been doing better lately. Not sure what was causing that and my low blood sugar. It was weird! Then on Saturday, Josh had a show in a town 3 hours away. If you didn't know, he sings country music. It was a good show! My blood pressure was better that day, but my sugar was still doing some weird things. I'm definitely going to try to get in at my doctor's office and see what is going on. Sunday, I talked about maybe going dancing, but I was also so tired from all the weird stuff happening with my body. My low blood pressure and sugar were giving me anxiety. I decided to take a hot bath and use a face mask for a self-care Sunday. We can always go dancing and celebrate some other time! 😊XO, Chelsea
